Our Process
One of the things we pride ourselves in is our devotion to ensure that our brides and grooms have a remarkable experience on one of the biggest days of their lives. We create an unforgettable ambiance that is inspired by the couple’s vision, our unique design and style, the event location, florals, textures, and history. Our smooth process from the first inquiry until days after the wedding ensures that you will have peace of mind and more time on your hands to focus on you, your fiancé, and the fun activities for your honeymoon!
Our Process:
Step One
INQUIRY
So you like what we offer, and you’ve sent the inquiry to check for availability. The next goal would be to secure your date. We send you a welcome email and then the questionnaire follows for you to fill out about all the details we need to proceed, such as your vision, budget, guest count, etc.
Step Two
INSPIRATION & CONSULTATION
Once we receive the questionnaire, we use that information to create a concept consisting of sample imagery, mood boards, and other visuals to represent our idea for the design. We also group together a team of reputable vendors that can best execute the vision. We then compile a preliminary proposal with quotes that we will discuss when we have our first consult, which will either be virtual or in-person. During the call, we go over the proposal together, then make necessary edits and adjustments.
Step Three
DEVELOPMENT
We finesse the initial proposal, ensuring that everything is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing. After a few days from the initial consult, we then send you a curated proposal and bid for you to go over and decide if you would like to proceed and work with us.
Step Four
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
When you’ve reviewed the proposal and decided to work with us, we will send you a custom contract. Your date will be secured once we receive the signed contract and the deposit we’d agreed on.
Step Five
TIMELINE DISCUSSION
After the contract is signed, we reach out to discuss in detail the timeline leading to your big day. Depending on the package that you selected, then we may schedule out site visits, vendor consults, engagement photos, dress fittings, cake tastings, etc. We will be available anytime you need us throughout this whole process. We’re here to help you through this with as much ease as possible!
About six weeks before your wedding day, we'll plan a couple of Zoom calls to finalize the details, the timeline and answer any last-minute questions you may have.
Step Six
IMPLEMENTATION & STYLING
Yay!! Your wedding day is finally here! It’s going to be incredible. On this day, we manage the design team, work with vendors, checking in that everything is in synergy in order to create the atmosphere and experience we’ve been planning all along.
